Return Policy Overview

Returns up to 1 month

We accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date.

Strict conditions

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in excellent condition.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following apply:

  • Return request within 30 days of purchase.
  • Item is unused with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Original packaging and all accessories are included (cables, documents, etc.).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is available.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a shipping issue caused by us.

Returns not accepted

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Items showing use, damage, or missing packaging/accessories.
  • Items that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties.
  • Digital products/software or activation codes (where applicable).

Return Process

  • Contact us and include your order number.
  • We will send you return instructions and shipping details.
  • Pack the item securely and ship it as instructed.
  • After receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund.
